ESCAP commemorated the International Day of Older Persons on 30 September 2022, 12.00-13.45, Bangkok time.

This year’s theme is “The Resilience and Contributions of Older Women in Asia and the Pacific.”

ESCAP organized a special event consisting of a presentation on the situation of the region’s older women and an expert panel discussion.
