The policy guidelines prepared jointly by UN ESCAP and Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation in Cambodia provides insights into the preliminary impact of COVID-19 on women owned micro, small and medium enterprises in Cambodia. The paper also outlines some practical policy recommendations for the Government to consider in addressing the pandemic.
