The CRVS Second National Capacity Building Workshop for Assessing Inequalities in Registration was organized from 29 November to 1 December 2022 in Suva, Fiji.

The workshop built on concepts from the first national capacity building workshop. However, while the first workshop focused on death registration completeness, the second workshop focused primarily on birth registration completeness. This workshop was a participatory, hands-on workshop to build skills in analyzing data to assess inequalities in the registration of births. Real-world data from Fiji was used and discussed to provide greater depth and meaning to the skills gained.
